The Vistas at Gallahan Farm II is a community of 60 homes in Fort Washington, Maryland, governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and a Covenants and Architectural Review Board (CARB). Our governing documents — the Declaration of CC&Rs, the Bylaws, and the Design Guidelines & Standards — set out how we keep the neighborhood well-maintained and consistent.
Most exterior additions and alterations need approval from the CARB before work begins. Residents can submit an Architectural Change Request online after signing in. Not sure whether your project needs approval? Sign in and ask the guidelines assistant or contact the board.
